How to cook trout with vegetables



Wash the fish and remove the skin.



Cut the trout into portions.



For the marinade, take lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, spices for fish, hot-sweet chili sauce.



Mix all ingredients for the sauce.



Grease the fish, add salt and leave to marinate for a few minutes.



Cut the onion into half rings, cut the garlic into pieces.



Also chop all the peppers coarsely.

How to form a salmon medallion


In order to form a medallion, it is necessary to free the prepared and cut portions of fish from the large bones of the ridge - make cuts with a knife and remove the central bone. Using tweezers, remove all the smaller seeds. Then trim the skin from the sides with a knife and separate it from the meat part to half the steak.


Fold the ends freed from the skin towards the center and inwards: first one, then the other.

At the end, wrap the medallion with the freed leather, first on one side and then on the other, as in the photo. The medallion is ready. Carefully tie it with kitchen thread and tie it in a knot. Prepare all medallions in this way.

How to cook salmon steaks in the oven

How to cook trout in creamy mushroom sauce


On the prepared gutted trout carcass, we make cuts on both sides to speed up the cooking process.



Rub with salt and pepper. We try to get salt and pepper into the cuts too. If you have time, it’s good to let the fish marinate for at least 30 minutes. Insert lemon slices into the cuts on one side. And put the trout in an oven preheated to 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

At this time, prepare the creamy mushroom sauce. Chop the champignons arbitrarily, but not coarsely. (If the champignons are frozen, then simmer them in a frying pan for literally 1-2 minutes. As soon as the ice glaze melts, drain the mushrooms in a colander and chop.)

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms with the addition of a whole clove of garlic. Make sure the garlic doesn't burn. Then remove the garlic, reduce the heat and pour in the cream. Warm up, making sure that the cream does not boil. They should only drown and release small bubbles to the surface. Salt to taste. As soon as the cream thickens, and it will begin to thicken quite quickly (in 1-2 minutes), remove the sauce from the heat.

200 ml milk;

80 g hard cheese;

vegetable oil;

salt, bay leaf, allspice.


Defrost the fish, wash it, and place it in a pan. We also place a bay leaf and a few peas of allspice there.


Fill with water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and drain.


After cooling, remove the skin from the fish and remove the bones. Place the resulting pieces of fish fillet on a convenient plate. Be careful, the fish is already edible and quite tasty - be careful not to start dinner right there.
