3. Mix well with a spoon. The dough should become soft, elastic and not stick to the sides of the bowl. In total, the dough kneading process takes 5-7 minutes. The dough quickly sets and gathers into a large lump.

4. The dough is very pleasant to the touch. Ready-made yeast dough is usually enough for 3 thin-crust pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm or 2 thick-crust pizzas. The thickness of the dough depends on how you roll it out. Just keep in mind that the dough will still rise.

5. Lightly grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil or sprinkle with flour. Stretch the dough with your fingers along the baking sheet and roll it out with a rolling pin directly on the baking sheet. The main feature of preparing quick dough is that you need to touch it as little as possible. Everything is quick here - you mix it with a spoon, stretch it with your fingers, roll it out slightly. That's all, the quick yeast dough is ready, it's time to make pizza! The taste of quick dough is no different from regular dough. It turns out just as tender, fluffy and with crispy edges.

Regular yeast dough is not much different from quick dough. It is kneaded by hand and then the dough is left to rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours. I have been making pizza using this recipe for quite some time. A friend of mine once shared a pizza recipe with me.

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups flour (250 grams)

I will write to you the process of preparing the dough so that you do not doubt its simplicity and speed of preparation.

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl and add sugar and dry yeast

For the dough we need boiled warm water, salt, sugar, dry yeast, vegetable oil (can be replaced with olive oil), flour. These are all the components.

I pour warm water into a bowl, please note, it’s warm water, not hot. Pour in sugar and dry yeast. I mix everything and leave for 7-10 minutes.

If desired, vegetable oil can be replaced with olive oil. I haven’t tried it, I prepare quick yeast pizza dough with vegetable sunflower oil. It’s just that olive oil gives a slight bitterness in other dishes, so we don’t use it with it.

Now add the sifted flour in small portions. You don't need to add all the flour at once, add a few tablespoons at a time.

Mix the dough with a tablespoon or silicone spatula. Gradually add flour and mix the dough.

When the dough can no longer be mixed with a spoon, continue kneading the dough with your hand, right in the bowl, without putting the dough on the table.

We came up with a very original way. Heat water in a saucepan. Place the bowl of dough on the pan, and do not forget to cover the top of the dough with a towel.

Agree, the process of preparing the dough is very quick and simple. The ingredients are very affordable. There is no need to tinker with the dough for a long time. There are big advantages to this.

The dough turns out soft, elastic, not sticky, rolls out perfectly with a rolling pin, and there is no need to additionally “dust” the dough or surface with flour.

From the specified amount of pizza ingredients, one pizza is obtained. The pizza is 25 cm in diameter. I will prepare pizza with chicken, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella and herbs. I don’t make pizza every day, so I always want to please my family with delicious pizza.

Start kneading the lump again so that the butter, like the flour, is completely absorbed into the mass. Leave to “rest” and soak for 10 minutes.

Tip: everyone's flour is of different quality, so if the dough continues to stick to your fingers, add a little more and knead thoroughly again.

The previous dough comes ready quite quickly, however, this recipe with water is even faster, thanks to a slight change in technology. After 20-25 minutes you can cook the pizza.

  • Water – 100 ml.
  • Granulated sugar - a teaspoon.
  • Flour – 1.5 cups.
  • Instant yeast - teaspoon.
  • Salt – ½ small spoon.
  • Sunflower oil – 2 large spoons.

Preparation:

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast and sugar. After stirring, leave for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Pour oil into the dough and stir. Gradually start adding flour product. First, mix with your hands in a bowl, then, continuing to add, as the lump grows and strengthens, move to the table.
  3. After kneading the dough well, cover it with a towel and leave to “ripen” on the table for 10-15 minutes. If you want to speed up the process even more, place the bowl with the dough ball in a water bath.

You can make equally tasty homemade dough if you use milk as a base. The elastic, pliable dough mass easily rolls out into a thin cake.

You will need:

  • Flour – 2 cups.
  • Dry yeast - a large spoon.
  • Granulated sugar - spoon.
  • Milk – ½ cup.
  • Egg.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon.

Knead:

  1. Warm the milk to approximately 40 o C. Dissolve the quick yeast in it, beat in the egg, add sugar, and salt.
  2. Sift the flour into a separate container. Slowly add the milk mixture and knead the pizza dough.
  3. Form a ball, wrap the bowl with the dough in film, and place in a warm place.
  4. After 1-1.5 hours, knead and start making pizza.

Take:

  • Flour – 2 cups.
  • Dry yeast – 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Granulated sugar - a tablespoon.
  • Milk – 250 ml.
  • Salt.
  • Vegetable oil - tbsp. spoon.

  1. Combine sugar and yeast in a bowl. Pour in 2 tablespoons of warm milk and stir.
  2. Set aside and wait for the yeast to start working.
  3. Salt the rest of the milk, pour the earned dough into it.
  4. After stirring well, start adding the flour product.
  5. When the mixture becomes quite thick, stir in the sunflower oil. Then transfer the dough to the counter.
  6. Continue adding flour until the dough is soft but firm.
  7. Roll into a ball and cover with a towel. Place in a warm place for 45 – 60 minutes to “ripen”.
  8. Knead the dough well and start forming the pizza.

Yeast dough for pizza with kefir

A very simple recipe for homemade dough with yeast. The dough will come out smooth and rise easily. True, this option has nothing to do with Italy; residents of the country do not make pizza with kefir. To get involved somehow, replace your native sunflower oil with olive oil.

Required:

  • Kefir – 0.7 liters.
  • Flour - how much will go in.
  • Warm water – ½ cup.
  • Dry yeast - 3 teaspoons.
  • Vegetable oil - ½ cup.
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoons.
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Pour half the warm water called for in the recipe into a bowl. Add sugar, quick yeast, stir.
  2. Pause for 15-20 minutes, placing the dishes in a warm place.
  3. Pour kefir into the yeast, add flour (not all). Stir the mixture. Add the second batch of flour, stir again.

A richer and more satisfying pizza dough can be made with milk.


Ingredients:

  • milk – 200 ml;
  • flour – 450 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l;
  • dry yeast – 5 g;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • salt - a pinch.

Preparation:

  • Very tasty homemade pizza is made from yeast dough prepared with milk. To prepare it, heat it slightly and add yeast, salt and sugar. Leave the milk with the ingredients until they are completely dissolved.

  • After 5 - 10 minutes, add a third of the flour to the mixture, stir everything thoroughly and leave the dough to rise. The fermentation process will take 30 to 40 minutes.

  • As soon as the dough increases in volume, add the eggs, lightly mixed and oil, and stir.

  • Adding flour, knead the dough directly in the bowl. Cover the dough with a thick towel and leave to rise.

Pizza dough with mayonnaise

  • Pour yeast, salt and sugar into the heated milk, leave it, giving it time for all the ingredients to dissolve well in the milk.
  • After 10 – 15 minutes, pour the yeast milk into the container in which we will knead the dough. Add the prepared mayonnaise to the milk and stir everything thoroughly.
  • Sift the flour directly into the container with the dough ingredients and begin kneading.
  • When the dough no longer sticks to your hands so much, put it on the table, sprinkling it with flour. We complete the kneading process and cover the plastic, homogeneous dough with cling film.
  • After an hour, knead the dough and cover it again with film. After the dough has risen a second or third time (this will happen much sooner than the first time), the dough can be used to make pizza.

Pizza dough is correct

It can be difficult to prepare yeast pizza dough without missing absolutely a single detail, but if you succeed, you will definitely be satisfied with the result.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 4 tbsp;
  • margarine – 80 g;
  • milk – 170 ml;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l;
  • salt – 1 tsp.

For the dough:

  • water – 50 ml;
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp with a slide;
  • sugar - a pinch.

Preparation:

  • To prepare a very tasty rich pizza, we prepare yeast dough. Mix warm water with yeast and sugar, leave to rise, according to the step-by-step recipe with photos.
  • Beat eggs, be sure to be at room temperature, with sugar into a homogeneous mass, add salt, stir.
  • Sift the flour into a spacious container, add the appropriate yeast, beaten eggs and milk, heated until warm.
  • Stir everything thoroughly, add margarine, previously melted and cooled.
  • We continue kneading the dough on the working surface of the table. After thoroughly kneading the dough, place it in the prepared container and cover.
  • After 1.5 hours, remove the film, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into your palm and pour it over the dough.
  • Remove the dough to a work surface without flour and make a small knead. Once all the oil has been absorbed into the dough, it can be used to make pizza.

Pizza dough with sour cream

Yeast pizza dough will become even more fluffy and tender if you add sour cream to the dough.


Ingredients:

  • flour – 650 g;
  • sour cream – 125 g;
  • butter – 70 g;
  • milk – 125 g;
  • sugar – 70 g;
  • vanilla sugar - a bag;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • pressed yeast – 20 g;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  • Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar, stir everything until the yeast and sugar dissolve, leave in a warm place.

  • In one container, mix eggs, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat everything with a whisk until smooth.

  • Pour the yeast and milk into the resulting homogeneous mass and add flour, sifted in advance, in portions and knead the dough.

  • Close the lump of dough placed in the container, cover it and leave for 10 - 15 minutes.


  • Add salt and butter, softened but not melted, to the top of the dough.
  • Mix everything thoroughly, cover with cling film and leave for an hour.

  • Place the dough on a floured work surface and use your hands to form a rectangle from the fluffy dough. Fold it in thirds, then in thirds again.
  • Cover the resulting structure with a bowl and wait 20 minutes, then repeat the procedure again.
  • Now from a small amount of the resulting dough you can roll out a thin layer for pizza.

Kefir pizza dough

You can get incredibly airy and light yeast dough by kneading it with kefir.


Ingredients:

  • flour – 3 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • kefir – 1 tbsp.;
  • dry yeast – 1 sachet;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  • We prepare yeast dough, airy as fluff for a very tasty and aromatic pizza. Why mix kefir with vegetable oil, salt and sugar in one container, according to the recipe.
  • Heat the mixture of ingredients until slightly warm in a water bath or in the microwave.
  • Mix the flour with yeast thoroughly, add kefir and butter to the dry mixture. If possible, knead the dough in a special kitchen dough kneading device.
  • Or knead by hand in the traditional way. Cover the dough in a container with cling film and leave for half an hour.
  • The dough can be used to make delicious and tender pizza.

Pizza dough puff pastry

Pizza made from this dough literally melts in your mouth; it simply cannot be more fluffy and tender.


Ingredients:

  • flour – 600 g;
  • water – 85 ml;
  • dry yeast – 7 g (fresh 20 g);
  • butter – 200 g;
  • milk – 130 g;
  • egg;
  • sugar – 3 tsp;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  • We dilute the yeast in warm water with sugar and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.

  • Beat the egg in a separate container with a whisk along with warm milk. Add the dough and mix everything thoroughly.


  • Sift the flour onto the table and add salt and sugar, mix everything lightly with your hand.

  • Place chilled butter into flour. We chop everything with a knife and grind it with our hands, making a depression.

  • Pour the yeast dough mixture into the cavity in three additions. After each portion of the liquid mixture, briefly mix it with the flour.


  • For a very tasty homemade pizza, don’t knead the dough for a long time, just gather it into a ball. Cover the yeast dough with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.


Probably every housewife knows how to bake pizza at home. However, you don’t always want to bother with kneading dough. We offer you a recipe for quick pizza dough in 15 minutes, the preparation of which will take a minimum of ingredients, effort and time. At the same time, the dough, and therefore the pizza, turns out very tasty.

For dough for 3 pizzas (3 small baking sheets) you will need:

  • 3 cups flour;
  • 1 packet of dry quick yeast;
  • ½ tsp. salt;
  • 1 glass of water or whey;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil (if you don’t have olive oil, you can use any odorless vegetable oil).

How to quickly make pizza dough

Prepare the ingredients, a large saucepan, a wooden spoon and start kneading the quick dough:

Pour 1 cup of flour and yeast into the pan and mix well.

Pour in a mug of warm water, add salt and mix well again.

Gradually add flour. When the dough almost stops sticking to your hands, pour vegetable oil onto it and knead until elastic.

The pizza dough should be such that it can be easily rolled out without sprinkling with flour. Now you can divide it into 3 parts, roll it out on a baking sheet and add filling.

Bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees.

Topping options for homemade pizza

Pizza toppings can be anything. We offer you 3 options for fillings that you may also like:

Lubricate the rolled out dough with mayonnaise and place on it diced boiled sausage (preferably without fat), pickled cucumbers, and tomatoes in slices. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Second option: semi-dry sausage, some pickles, pre-fried forest mushrooms or champignons, tomatoes, cheese.

My favorite filling: boiled chicken breast, canned pineapple, some tomatoes and cheese.
