Preparation:

When the whites and gelatin have risen well, add vanillin and continue beating until the mixture is as thick as possible.
Pour the prepared mixture onto a pre-greased and parchment-lined baking sheet. Distribute over the entire surface. Leave for at least 3 hours or overnight. Do not cover or refrigerate.
Mix starch with powdered sugar. Sprinkle the marshmallow on both sides (to do this, sprinkle it first on a baking sheet, and then turn it over and do the same).
Using cookie cutters and a sharp knife, cut the finished marshmallow.

7. WAFERS WITH MILK


INGREDIENTS:
● 0.5 l milk
● 1/2 pack of margarine
● 1 egg
● 250 g sugar (I take less - about 200 g)

PREPARATION:
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Next, there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little at a time.
If the dough becomes liquid, add more flour and dilute it with milk. And so on until approximately 0.5 liters of milk are used up. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not rustic, where the spoon is).

8. WAFFLES WITH CONDENSED CREAM


INGREDIENTS:
● margarine 200 g;
● condensed milk 1 can;
● eggs 2 pcs;
● starch 1 cup;
● flour 1 cup;
● soda (1/3 tsp), slaked with vinegar.

PREPARATION:
