Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. After cooling, peel them and cut them into cubes.

Wash the cucumber, green onions and spinach greens. For preparing salads, it is advisable to use young spinach shoots, as they are softer and juicier than old leaves. Finely chop the green onions.

Cut the butts off both sides of the cucumbers. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four parts. Next, cut lengthwise into circles.
