Products:
Quail eggs
Buns without filling
Butter
pickled cucumbers
Cooking:
The number of buns and eggs should be the same. First of all, let's prepare the filling. To do this, cut the ham and pickled cucumbers into thin strips. Mix everything thoroughly in a separate container. We fill with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard (3 tablespoons of mayonnaise account for 1 teaspoon of mustard).
Now let's get to the buns. If you have small (up to 8 centimeters in diameter) buns available, cut them in half lengthwise. If you have larger buns, you will need about three pieces. We cut each of them into two parts. Remove the crumb from the halves.
And soak the bottom of the bun with milk. You only need half a tablespoon of milk for half a bun. Now we grease the inside of the “bread container” with soft butter. You can only miss the bottom, but you can and all sides. So the appetizer will turn out only tastier and more creamy.
We fill our blanks with the filling. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle the filling with it. Now we plant a raw quail egg in each bun. Carefully place the buns on a greased baking sheet and send them to the oven (the oven temperature is at least two hundred degrees). until the egg yolk thickens. You can use any other filling!
Fragrant crispy buns with a hearty filling are ready!
