Cooking quick cookies in the oven


Sometimes, you really want to bake something delicious and please your family with a homemade delicacy. Many simply do not have enough time for this. Today, we will tell you how to whip up cookies in the oven in different variations.

These are simple, affordable and very tasty recipes that you should definitely include in your cookbook.

Recipes:

1. Honey cookie

You can cook this tender quickly - in twenty minutes.

Required products:

  • White flour - 250 g.
  • Liquid honey - 200 g.
  • White sugar - 200 g.
  • Soda or ripper - 2 teaspoons.
  • Salt - 2 pinches.
  • Butter of high fat content - 200 g.
  • Grated dark chocolate for dusting (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon.

Cooking:

Mix all dry ingredients in a deep bowl - soda, flour, sugar, salt and ripper, then sift.

Cut the chilled butter into small pieces and rub with the dry mixture into crumbs. Pour in honey and add cinnamon. Knead a tight dough and set aside for a quarter of an hour.

While the dough is saturated, you can prepare a baking dish: cover it with foil or parchment.

Shape the dough into medium-sized cakes and flatten. Transfer the products to parchment at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other and put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

In twenty minutes, honey cookies will be ready for tea drinking.

2. Egg-Free Whey Cookies

You will definitely love these crumbly shortbread cookies. They are prepared easily, quickly, and every hostess always has the products for their preparation at hand.

Ingredients:

  • Ripper or soda - 1 teaspoon.
  • Sugar - 1 glass.
  • Serum - 1 glass.
  • Wheat flour of any grade - 4-4.5 cups.
  • Flavorless sunflower oil - 1 cup.
  • Vanilla - 2 teaspoons.
  • Walnuts, any dried fruits and lemon zest (optional).

Cooking:

Pour the whey into a bowl, then pour in the soda so that the quenching reaction takes place. Then add sugar, vanilla. Whip soft butter. Transfer the oil mixture to the whey, stir. Then pour in sunflower oil. Sift the flour and sprinkle in small portions into the liquid mixture.

Knead the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands. The flour product should be tender and soft, but not sticky to the hands.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough on it with a thickness of no more than 1 cm. Squeeze out the products using confectionery molds and transfer them to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.

Set the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees and place the cookies in it. After a quarter of an hour, the shortbreads will brown and bake.

3. Homemade yogurt cookies

This is a versatile homemade pastry that can be served with tea, coffee or eat with any jam.

For cooking, the following composition of products is required:

  • White flour - 250 g.
  • Sugar sand - 60 g.
  • Yogurt or kefir - 250 g.
  • Baking soda, slaked with lemon juice or vinegar - ½ teaspoon.
  • Sunflower oil refined - 1 tablespoon.
  • For powdering products, a little cinnamon and sugar.

Cooking:

Mix butter, buttermilk and sugar in one bowl. Blend these ingredients until creamy. Add slaked soda to the cream, stir. Sift the flour directly over the bowl and knead the dough.

After a quarter of an hour, as the dough "rests", you can get to work. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the dough with a layer and squeeze out with a cup or a glass of mug.

Dust the surface of the baking sheet with flour and transfer the squeezed products onto it.

Sprinkle each cookie first with sugar, then with cinnamon and place in the oven for baking.

After twenty minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, baking will be ready.

4. Shortbread cookies with cocoa in a hurry

For this delicious chocolate flavored pastry, the following ingredients are needed:

  • White flour - 1 cup.
  • Ripper - 1 teaspoon.
  • Sugar sand - 60 g.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Cow butter or creamy margarine - 120 g.
  • Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon with a slide.
  • Raisins, steamed in boiling water - 1 handful.

Cooking:

Mix ripper with flour, sift. Melt the butter in a warm oven or in the microwave, but so that it does not boil. Pour the butter mixture into the dry mixture. Add sugar, cocoa and beat in the egg. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps, and the products are evenly distributed.

Knead the elastic chocolate dough and let it brew a little in the refrigerator, no more than half an hour.

Roll out the dough into a sausage and cut into equal pieces 2-3 cm wide. Roll each piece into a ball, make a notch in the middle and put a few pieces of raisins.

Transfer beautiful cookies to foil. Put in the oven at medium temperature for half an hour.

5. Cheese and sour cream cookies without sugar

Required components:

  • Flour - 250 g.
  • Grated hard cheese - 200 g.
  • Butter cow - 150 g.
  • Fatty sour cream - 50 g.
  • Cheese, grated on a fine grater - for powdering products.
  • Pepper, salt - to taste.

Cooking:

Cool the oil in the refrigerator until it hardens. You can even put it in the freezer for fifteen minutes. Then cut the creamy product into pieces, mix into crumbs with sifted flour. Add grated cheese, season with pepper, salt and cut this mass with a knife. Pour in sour cream and knead the dough.

You will get an elastic product that needs to be rolled out in a layer and cut out using molds or a cup of the product. Sprinkle each piece with grated cheese and transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with foil.

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to medium. Place the cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Such pastries with a noble taste and aroma will not only be an excellent addition to tea or coffee, they can be safely served as a snack for the dinner table.
