Many people have heard about the health benefits of apples, but for some reason do not eat them. Meanwhile, I would call the habit of eating apples “starter” for those who dream of starting a healthy lifestyle.

At least it was with her a year and a half ago that I started mine. Daily eaten apples (like other fruits) clean out the deposits of debris from the body and provide it with quality materials for building cells.

Comparing our family (and my husband and I are noble “apple eaters” 🙂) with people who eat apples only occasionally, I can highlight the differences in the way of life that are important for the formation of this good habit.

So, here is my list of simple rules for those who yearn to get healthy, lose weight, get a surge of vitality and all that.

  1. I blocks in the house MUST ALWAYS be. You need to buy them in advance and a lot. I take a couple of kilos different varieties. I love to have apples of different flavors and colors on hand at the same time.
  2. A very important point: WHERE AND IN WHAT FORM TO KEEP. You don't need to keep apples in the refrigerator. They need to be washed and put on the table (in a conspicuous place) in a vase. I know for myself: a cold apple is not perceived by the body as desirable, and sometimes it’s too lazy to wash. At the moment when you want to eat an apple, there should be no obstacles between you and it. Conversely, the sight of beautiful apples in the middle of the table gives rise to a desire to eat them.
  3. Apples (like other fruits) are not a dessert, they are a COMPLETE FOOD. Moreover, it does not combine well with other foods. You need to eat them ONLY, so they are better digested, absorbed and cleanse our body. For example, I really like to start the day with apples. I usually eat three pieces, sometimes five (depending on size and desire). 🙂 I highly recommend everyone to have breakfast with apples or other seasonal fruits.
  4. Often one hears from people (for example, from my mother) something like: “Come on them! As soon as I eat an apple, the zhor immediately attacks. I'd rather not eat." Sorry, this is not an argument, as for me. Once the appetite wakes up, nothing prevents - as I wrote in the previous paragraph - to eat five apples and eat them. It's just not a habit. In the brain, for now, instead of a healthy pattern “apple=food”, there is some unhealthy pattern like “bread=food”. Well friends, reformatting the brain and establishing good habits is not an easy job. 🙂
  5. I read in many smart books that apples (like other vegetables and fruits) are desirable to eat WITH SKIN. The skin contains an important component laid down by nature for digestion. I just want to make a remark: if the “gifts of nature” are not from your garden, it is advisable to wash them with soap. , I recently told.
  6. In order to avoid temptations, you should not keep a supply of “sweets” (cookies, sweets, cakes, etc.) in the house. If you want something tasty, nibble on an apple. Let him have no competitors. And after a while, it will somehow become clear by itself that he has practically no competitors in nature, in general. 🙂

In conclusion, I want to give a saying that I really like: “If you are hungry, eat an apple. If you don't want an apple, then you're not hungry." 🙂

5. Sour varieties of apples are useful for people with low stomach acid. And 2-3 sour apples in the morning on an empty stomach will help to cope with the problem of frequent constipation.
6. Half a glass of apple juice in the morning on an empty stomach 15-20 minutes before breakfast will improve the well-being of people suffering from atherosclerosis, hypertension, gallbladder disease, and obesity.
7. But for people with high acidity or stomach ulcers with fresh apples should be more careful. For them, these baked fruits will be more useful.
