Of course, we are not talking about the usual delicacies of the sweet tooth: the French doctor offered his own vision of desserts, which are easy to prepare from products that are allowed and allowed in a limited number. And those who prefer a healthy diet will also like the taste of those.
One of these delicacies is the cake, which tastes like a milk slice Kinder pingvi cake (kinder pingvi), which is why it got a similar name. Although sometimes such a dessert is called Kinder milk slice, since these two delicacies are very similar.

The cake is suitable for all stages of the diet, except for the attack. Therefore, literally after a week of strict restrictions, you will be able to please yourself with the most delicate dessert. Moreover, you can literally eat all the delicacy in a day, because the recipe includes one daily serving of oat bran and the norm of allowed products that you can afford, albeit in limited quantities.

Cake recipe for Dukan Kinder Pinguy at home

The ingredients that make up the cake are acceptable for children to eat, so the whole family can be pampered with a dietary and at the same time healthy dessert. So, for the recipe for making biscuit cakes, you will need the following products:

  • ground oat bran - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • wheat bran, also ground, - 1.5 tbsp. l.;
  • non-fat dry milk (or SOM) - 1 tbsp. l., but it is not necessary to use it;
  • cocoa - 1 tsp (applies to periodically allowed products from the "Alternation" phase, if its
  • fat content exceeds 2%, if not, then this is an ingredient allowed for use);
  • eggs, if you take chicken - 2 pcs., if quail - 5 pcs.;
  • soft cottage cheese - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • 0% fat milk - 50 ml;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • sweetener.
  1. For cooking, mix all dry ingredients separately: bran ground into flour, milk powder, if you consider it necessary to use it, cocoa (also optional), baking powder, sweetener.
  2. Separately, mix eggs, regular milk, cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add dry ingredients, beat the dough a little, pour it into a mold. It is advisable to take silicone, so that the finished slice can be easily reached and does not break. For this amount of dough, a rectangular baking sheet measuring 20x10 cm or another shape with a diameter of 16-18 cm is suitable.
  4. Bake the cake for 15-25 minutes in a well-heated oven. You can check if the dough is ready with a toothpick. Pierce the cake, if the stick is clean and dry, then the dough can be removed from the oven.
  5. Take the cake out of the mold and let it cool down on a wire rack. Only then can it be cut into two parts.

Kinder milk slice recipe according to Dukan at home

You can prepare the dough for this biscuit cake according to a different recipe.
Compound:

  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of ordinary water;
  • 2 tbsp. l. oat bran ground into flour;
  • ½ st. tablespoons of starch, preferably corn;
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder;
  • ½ tsp conventional baking powder;
  • sugar substitute;
  • vanillin crumb;
  • a pinch of salt.
  1. To make Ducan's Penguin Cake with this recipe, separate the yolks and whites. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until a thick foam with stable so-called peaks is obtained.
  2. Beat the yolks with water and sweetener, and then add all the remaining dry ingredients to this mixture. Now gently fold in the protein foam.
  3. Then divide the dough equally into two parts. It’s more convenient and faster to bake a biscuit, so that later you don’t get upset if you can’t cut one cake evenly. The thickness of each of the cakes should be about half a centimeter, then it will take you only seven minutes for the cake to be ready. And, accordingly, 15 minutes to prepare two cake layers.
  4. To prepare a biscuit for dessert, a milk slice is better to take a silicone mold, especially if you bake two cakes - they turn out to be thin and it is almost impossible to get them out of a hard container.

Tip: if the amount of ready-made biscuit according to this recipe seems insufficient to you, you can increase the amount of products and prepare several servings of dough. But keep in mind that then you can’t bake it with one cake. To increase the portion of the cake, the amount of soufflé also needs to be slightly increased.

Cream filling recipe for Kinder dessert in the form of a cake

Despite the variety of soufflé recipes for this cake, the list of ingredients is almost identical. Their number and proportions of interchangeable products may vary. So, you need to take:

  • 250 g low-fat soft cottage cheese (the recipe allows you to take 150 g of such cottage cheese and combine it with one low-fat yogurt with fruit, its mass reaches 100-125 g. Such yogurt belongs to the allowed products from the "Alternation" stage);
  • 1 st. l. regular, not instant gelatin;
  • 100 ml of milk with a fat content of 0%;
  • sweetener;
  • vanillin.
  1. Regular gelatin is necessary because it is more applicable for preparing a cold dish. Instant melts in heated liquids.
  2. So, start preparing a soufflé for a milk slice cake by preparing gelatin: fill it with milk. While it swells, take care of the cottage cheese.
  3. Add sweetener and vanillin to it, mix with a blender or mixer. You should get a fairly lush mass. Gradually add gelatin with milk into it, continuing to whisk.
  4. The filling is ready. It remains to collect the cake.
