Pasta with shrimps in creamy, creamy garlic and other sauces: recipes with photos

Pasta is one of the most common side dishes in the world, and no wonder: they are affordable, easy to prepare, and pair well with a variety of toppings and sauces. So that the everyday side dish does not bother you, we suggest you diversify your diet and cook such an interesting dish as pasta with shrimp in a creamy sauce.

Choosing the "Right" Ingredients

There are many varieties of pasta sauces. One of the most popular is creamy, supplemented with cheese, garlic and herbs, which gives the dish a spice. And in combination with seafood, such as shrimp, the creamy sauce becomes even more interesting, unusually tender and tasty.

When choosing ingredients for a dish, it is worth stopping at durum wheat pasta, preferably Italian-made. After all, if the pasta sticks together or falls apart, the dish will lose its appetizing appearance. If it is not possible to use such a product, purchase fettuccine or regular spaghetti, but always of good quality.

Shrimps can be used both boiled-frozen and raw, but fresh tiger shrimps should still be preferred. The boiled billet should be cooked for no more than 5 minutes, otherwise the inhabitants of the depths will become tight, “rubber” in taste.
