Of course, this pastry, in our opinion, is more like a pie, but this classic Austrian recipe has just such a name.

Ingredients:

  5. Soda.

Ingredients needed for cooking:

  1. Milk with water (in a ratio of 1: 1) - one glass.
  2. Two chicken eggs.
  3. Sugar - 0.5 cups.
  4. Salt.
  5. Yeast - 3 tsp
  6. Flour - 3.5-4 cups.
  7. Cinnamon.
  8. Butter.
  9. Plum jam (or any other).
