As it melts, it “envelops” the sausage. Eating such yummy food becomes much more interesting. Season it with mayonnaise or ketchup (or maybe both) and microwave it. You can also experiment with different vegetables.

Recipe for sausages in the microwave with cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 sausages;
  • about 70 g of hard cheese;
  • ½ tomato (or 1 small tomato);

Preparation

Cut the cheese into thin slices, the tomato into thin slices.

By the way, you can take toaster cheese. And choose each time with new additives, green onions, mushrooms, herbs and garlic.

Remove the casing from the sausage. Even if the frill is natural, it is better to get rid of it, as it will not be very convenient to eat them later. Cut lengthwise into several pieces no more than 1 cm thick. Place the slices on a flat, microwave-safe plate. Place tomatoes on top, then slices of cheese.

Place in the microwave and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes. During this time, the pieces will lightly fry around the edges and the cheese will become soft.

If desired, before putting the sausages in the microwave, you can decorate them with chopped herbs.
