To prepare, take the following ingredients.

Place the balls on a baking sheet parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. When baking, focus on your oven.

Ingredients

To make lard cookies you will need:

lard - 150 g;

sour cream - 3 tbsp. l. (with a slide);

wheat flour - 250 g;

powdered sugar - to taste.

Cooking steps

Add lard to the sifted flour and, with quick movements, grind with your hands so that the fat does not have time to melt. You should get a crumb, in which you need to add sour cream and knead a soft dough.

Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut out shapes from the rolled out dough using cookie cutters. Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Roll hot cookies in powdered sugar on all sides.

We take 100 grams of cold lard (from the refrigerator). Mix 200 grams of sifted flour with baking powder.

Shortbread cookies on lard

Product set:
2 eggs

200 g milk
6 spoons of lard
3-4 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Take lard, slightly melt it in a water bath so that it becomes soft. Also add to the test.

Now leave the dough for half an hour and you can proceed to the formation of cookies.

Tip: if you prefer drier and crispier cookies, then the thickness of the layer should be less than 1 cm, for a more fluffy and soft treat, you need to roll out the dough more than 1 cm thick.

Use cookie cutters to squeeze out cookies. If there are no molds, then you can arbitrarily cut the dough sheet with a knife.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter and place the resulting cookies on it. You need to put the sheet in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.

Cookies will bake for 15-20 minutes. Follow the color. When the sweetness is browned, you can get it and cool it.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like, but it will be very tasty without it.

Products:
Flour - 3 cups
Butter - 100 g
Lard - 5 tbsp. l.
Milk - 100 g
Sour cream - 50 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Powdered sugar.

Tip: when choosing a filling, pay attention to its density, it is important that it is not liquid and does not spread during baking, as the bottom of the bagels may burn.

Sift the flour directly on the table, so the dough will be more convenient to knead.

Butter and lard must first be frozen, then chopped together with flour. Make a crumb. Transfer the mixture to a container.

Separate the yolks in a separate bowl (we don’t need whites), squeeze a couple of tablespoons lemon juice, add milk.

Combine with crumbs, mix. The dough should stick a little to your hands. Directly in a bowl, send it to the cold for 60 minutes.

After a while, take it out, divide into 6 parts. Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough. Next, cut out a large circle, divide it into 8 sectors (triangles). Place your choice of filling on the wide end and start rolling from the wide end to the narrow end.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and immediately place the rolls in the oven. Baking time half an hour, temperature 180 degrees.

Remove the sweetness from the oven, cool and roll in powdered sugar, as there is no sugar in the dough.

A set of ingredients:
Sour milk (kefir) - 1 cup
Lard - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 3-4 cups
Soda quenched with vinegar - 1 tsp. without a slide.

Melt lard, add sugar and mix. Beat eggs, add soda, flour. Bring to a thick, but not steep, consistency.

Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts, roll out the layers with a rolling pin. The thickness will depend on your preferences, but for the preparation of shortcakes, native to us since childhood, you need to make layers of 1 cm in thickness.
