  1. Rinse the fillet with cold water, dry with paper towels.

  4. In a separate container, combine two types of minced meat, add soaked bread, salt, pepper.
  5. Finely chop the parsley, add to the fried onion, warm it up a little, spread the minced meat, mix everything well.
  6. We lay out the breast (without bones and skin) on the table, make a small cut in the meat, but do not cut it to the end to make a kind of pocket.

  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;

  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • carbonated water - 150 ml;
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • a mixture of Italian herbs - 2 tsp;
  • salt.

Cooking method:
