Remove the salted fillet, rinse under water and dry with a towel. Next, you need to stuff the bird with garlic (as we will make it even more appetizing and tasty). Therefore, it is best to cut the garlic into thin plates, carefully make thin cuts in the meat and put the garlic inside.

So, we are approaching the final stage. A frying pan or a baking sheet should be lined with special foil, put a bird on it and grease it with a mixture of spices prepared in advance. It is desirable that it be evenly distributed.

While you are preparing the food, preheat the oven to the highest temperature. We place our dish in it and bake the turkey fillet in the oven for 15 minutes. During this time, it will not be completely ready, but then you should reduce the cooking temperature to 250 degrees and continue cooking for another half an hour. After that, you should try the turkey fillet: how much to bake it often depends on the quality and age of the meat, and therefore in different cases you may need an unequal amount of time. On average, the baking time is about 45-50 minutes.
