Beautiful labels for jars of cereals. Can stickers: download and print templates

I really love spices. Here I made myself such shelves with jars.

Baby food jar. The lids were painted with spray paint.

If you do not have self-adhesive paper, then you can simply laminate the jar with a sticker using a plastic bottle.

Kruglyashi - this is if you do not paint the lids, but simply stick the picture on the lid with such a circle.

Sheet with pictures A4

I buy paper at the stationery store. When you buy, pay attention to the perforation (separation) of the sheets. Sometimes perforation occurs on the front side. We don't need this. The front side must be complete. Before inserting the paper into the printer, peel off the edge, then you would know exactly where the face is. and where is the wrong side. You can even put a cross from the wrong side.

Well, it's been a year and a half since I actively use these jars. I wash them. Withstood the test of time. Only now the caps on the most running ones are a little worn out. It was necessary to pass them over the paint with varnish. It's easy to fix now. But I even like this vintage, a trace of exploitation. And for myself I analyze what I have more running.

Hi all!

Today my review will be dedicated to jars for spices RAITAN from IKEA.

Vendor code: 400.647.02

Dimensions:

Height: 8 cm

Volume: 15 w.

Price: 99 rub. for 4 pcs.

Product description: Glass, Polypropylene.

The transparent material of which the container is made allows you to see the contents no matter where it is placed.

Designer: IKEA of Sweden

Care instructions:

The glass container can be washed in the dishwasher. The lid must be washed by hand.

One of our lids accidentally got into the dishwasher... and this is what happened to it...

My experience of using:

My jars are over three years old. And with the exception of one lid that got into the dishwasher, everything is fine with the rest. The lids do not burst and the paint does not peel off them. They close as tightly as on the first day of purchase.

In addition, I want to note good durability. Several times I accidentally dropped jars on the table and on the floor, but the jars were not affected by this.

I love spices and I have a lot of them. Therefore, the question soon became how to store all this goodness. My husband came to the rescue by making such a shelf for spices.

For me, this is the most convenient way to store spices. Since everything is in sight and neat.

I use a spoon to pick up spices from jars.

And I advise you. Since the hands, firstly, are not so convenient, and secondly, it is not hygienic.

My jars contain:

Bouillon

I try not to use such dry broths from packages, but sometimes it helps.

Why do I need so many spices?

I think most will have a question Why do I need so many spices?! Therefore, in order not to answer everyone in the comments, I will answer immediately in the review. Do not believe! I cook with them. Despite the fact that I do not pour tons of seasonings into food. It's just that some people love it and some don't. Plus, spices in moderation are good for you! And everything "leaves" me on average for a year. Seasoning expiration dates vary. On average, it's about two years. I personally remember when the expiration date for each of my seasonings ends, but if someone is afraid to forget, then you can glue a sticker or price tag with the expiration date on the bottom of the jars. And don't spoil appearance. But I have not yet had such that I threw something out with an expired shelf life. It’s just that everyone who comes to visit and sees our shelf immediately begins to want the same one, and for the next holiday they order to make the same jars with labels. So I constantly have to pour spices, which does not even allow them to get even minimally closer to the expiration date. And I have to constantly replenish the jars ... It's also not at all necessary to fill all the jars to the top. I don’t buy something specific in large quantities and I don’t even fill half the jar, but only at the bottom.

There are a lot of ready-made stickers for spices on sale now, but you can make them yourself. The jars can be washed, and everything will remain intact. Moreover, it can turn out much better and more interesting than the ready-made ones. Since we can make labels of different shapes (round, oval, square), add decorative elements (frames, drawings), make a label in any color and choose any font for the inscriptions. In general, there is a lot of room for imagination!

DIY Ma ster class how to make jar labels

We will need:

  • double-sided adhesive tape
  • scotch
  • scissors
  • blanks printed on the printer (ovals)
  • pen (since I decided to do the inscriptions by hand)

Previously, in addition to oval contours, I already made blanks with the names of seasonings. Frames were inserted on A4 sheet, and the name was typed in them. But since I'm constantly trying new seasonings, I was constantly having to reprint new labels. But since then I retyped, reprinted for a long time (and I don’t have a printer at home) ... so I decided that it would be most convenient for me to sign all the inscriptions by hand. And at home, make a stock of templates (ready-made printed frames).

I bought black watercolor paper (A4), and on the computer in Word I inserted many many frames, in the form of ovals. Then I cut each blank without cutting along the contour.

Then she wrote the name of the seasoning.

You can greatly simplify your life if you sign each jar of canned goods, cereals or spices. To do this, you can use ready-made stickers, the templates of which you can download from this page.

  • stickers are already ready for printing on A4 format;
  • you can download sticker templates for free;
  • only good quality photographs were used for stickers.

spice jar stickers

By printing this sheet of A4 format, you will receive 24 spice jar stickers. Each sticker is 3 cm wide and 4 cm high. The name of each spice is accompanied by its photo as a background.

Cereal jar stickers

The cereal stickers are 5cm x 4cm. The corners have been rounded to make the sticker last longer. 16 stickers were placed on a regular sheet format.

Canning stickers with fruit juice and jam

These stickers are already larger in size: 6 cm wide, and 5 cm high. The same style is maintained: rounded corners, a beautiful background of the corresponding fruit inscription.
