Traditional Russian Tavern Pozharsky

A restaurant project that revives a traditional Russian tavern of the 19th century. Walls decorated with lush classical stucco, heavy velvet curtains, nobility of bronze chandeliers in the Empire style, solid oak furniture and parquet - all the details of the interior and not only are immersed in the atmosphere of the Golden Age of Russia: the costumes of sex, clerks, maids are recreated here in detail. The design is almost an exact copy of the original Pozharsky tavern in Torzhok, which became famous thanks to the unusual recipe for cutlets, noted by Emperor Alexander I. According to legend, it was there that veal cutlets were ordered for the king. The owner fell into despair - there was nowhere to get veal. On the advice of his wife, the innkeeper went on a deception: he made cutlets from chicken meat, giving them the shape of a veal, breaded them in slices of bread and served them to the king. Alexander I liked the dish so much that he ordered to reward the innkeeper, call the cutlets Pozharsky and include them in the menu of the royal cuisine.

Nobu Crocus City

Our seafood restaurant is located on the 4th floor of Vegas, opposite the cinema. In the updated concept, guests can choose not only haute cuisine, but also a whole range of dishes with affordable prices that everyone can afford.

Interior

A cozy environment that allows you to relax, take a break after shopping, going to the cinema or other entertainment, as well as from the noise of the pavilions of the neighboring Crocus (this is about our guests from the exhibitions taking place in the neighborhood).
