Ingredients:
- 3 zucchini,
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil,
- 3-4 garlic cloves,
- 1 tbsp oregano,
- paprika,
- curry,
- black pepper,
- salt to taste.

How to cook at home




Rinse the zucchini before baking in the oven and cut into fairly thin circles. The thinner, the faster the dish will be ready, but do not overdo it: too thin slices can simply burn out in the oven. It is important to try to make circles of the same thickness.




Cooking spicy oil. Squeeze the garlic into the olive oil through a press. Add oregano and other spices. Mix thoroughly.




Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Salt. Drizzle with spicy oil. Mix thoroughly so that each circle of zucchini is saturated with the aromas of spices and garlic.

How to bake zucchini in the oven with cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • zucchini - 4 pieces
  • grated cheese - 2 cups (parmesan is best, but you can use any)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • fresh parsley - a little
  • dried herbs – oregano + basil + thyme + black pepper
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • salt to taste

READY:

  1. Cut the zucchini into 4 pieces lengthwise, no need to cut the crust.
  2. Preheat the oven to 20 degrees, lightly grease the baking sheet olive oil.
  3. Grate the cheese and finely chop the parsley, add a mixture of dry herbs and salt, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Put the zucchini in a bowl, lightly drizzle with oil, sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and herbs. And mix so that the mixture is evenly distributed over the slices.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes. It depends on the vegetable itself, you have to look, otherwise you can overdo it. And then add fire to 220-230 degrees and hold a little more so that it quickly browns, but be careful not to burn.
  6. Serve immediately, hot is tastier.


And if you suddenly didn’t finish it by accident (which happens rarely with us), then the next day they took it out of the refrigerator and ate it cold, and, surprisingly, it was also tasty.

What we need:

  • 500 gr. fresh zucchini or zucchini
  • 100 gr. hard parmesan cheese or another of your choice
  • 3 art. l. breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • fresh or dried thyme
  • salt pepper

Cooking juicy zucchini under a crispy crust

First, turn on the oven and let it warm up to 200C.

In the meantime, rinse the zucchini or zucchini, cut lengthwise into 2-3 parts, depending on the thickness of the vegetable. Zucchini strips should not be thicker than 2 cm. If you do not have much time, then you can pre-blanch the vegetables (boil for 2-3 minutes). Thus, the dish will be ready much faster.


We will not blanch the zucchini, but immediately send them to bake in the oven along with crispy breading.

Grate Parmesan or other hard cheese. Mix with breadcrumbs, add 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, salt, pepper and 1 tsp. thyme leaves.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil, lay out the zucchini strips, and sprinkle generously with a mixture of breadcrumbs, cheese, butter and spices on top.


After 15 min. vegetables will be baked and become juicy inside. And a crispy golden crust forms on top of the dish.

Zucchini in the oven in circles (or cut into other shapes) are juicy, light and dietary. Thick rings of zucchini are baked very quickly, juicy, watery pulp with a rich taste remains inside. Especially when using aromatic spices and oils. And outside, you can bring the vegetable to a ruddy color, so that the crisp hides the delicate taste of zucchini underneath.
