How to make seafood salad

  1. First of all, let's deal with squids, namely their cleaning. We remove all the insides and completely remove the films under running warm water or in another way that is familiar to you. Do not forget that you need to remove not only color, but also transparent film!
  2. Boil the peeled carcasses one by one in boiling salted water, optionally adding bay leaf and / or allspice peas. Cooking time should not exceed two minutes, otherwise you can get "rubber" seafood.
  3. After cooling the already prepared squids, cut into strips or, for example, into thin rings.
  4. Boil shrimp for 1-2 minutes. You can use the water in which the squids were boiled. We clean the seafood that has cooled to room temperature. If the shrimp are large enough, you can lightly chop them with a knife.
  5. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes after boiling. Cool, filling with water, and then peel and finely chop.
  6. Remove the crab sticks from the shell, cut into medium-sized cubes.
  7. In a deep salad bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients. Add finely chopped onion, dress the salad with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and season with pepper.
  8. After thoroughly mixing the ingredients, lay out the salad on plates or small bowls. If the dish was prepared for a celebration, for effect, each serving can be decorated with a small amount of red caviar.
