  10. Put the cutlets on a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry on all sides until golden brown.
  11. After 10-15 minutes, when the meat is baked, pour the soy-honey sauce into the pan, reduce the heat and simmer the dish for another 10-12 minutes.
  12. To serve, place the patties on a flat plate with chives or lettuce and sprinkle the nuts set aside for garnish on top.
