  9. Transfer to a baking sheet, smooth out.
  10. Place the prepared apple filling on top.
  11. Spread it over the entire surface, if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  12. Roll out the second layer in the same way, lay it on top of the filling.
  13. I had some cut dough and I made a small simple "decor" and smeared the surface with whipped egg white.
  14. Put the shortcake in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C for 45 minutes (in my oven).
  15. We take out the finished cake from the oven. It should have a golden surface.
