Now you need to fry the mushrooms. For the preparation of meat rolls can be used as boiled Forest mushrooms, and raw oyster mushrooms with champignons. In this recipe, I will use boiled forest mushrooms, which I have frozen since autumn. By the way, in terms of taste after freezing, they are in no way inferior to freshly boiled mushrooms. Dishes from them turn out to be just as tasty and fragrant, however, vitamins and other useful substances in them after freezing become, I think, somewhat less.

So, we cook or defrost wild mushrooms before frying. In the event that champignons or oyster mushrooms are used to prepare meat rolls with mushrooms, they must be rinsed with cold water, and then cut into thin slices.

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
