Required products

The main ingredient of any baking is flour, and its purchase should be taken very seriously. Make a choice in favor of the first and highest grades of flour, giving preference to trusted manufacturers.

6. Roll out the dough for decoration and cut into strips 1.5 centimeters wide. Place the resulting strips on top of the filling. apple pie can be prepared without top decoration.

7. Turn on the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. After a characteristic signal, remove the pie from the multicooker, cool to room temperature and serve.

The recipe for such a pie can be easily converted by taking any other instead of apple jam. No less tasty is an open pie in a slow cooker with strawberry or plum jam. Thick homemade jam is also suitable for cooking.

You can cook a pie with apple jam not only in a slow cooker, but also in an oven heated to 200 degrees. This baking method will take you only 30-35 minutes.

  6. Divide the dough into approximately two parts, from one form the bottom of the future pie in the bowl, not forgetting to lay out small sides. Put jam in the resulting cup, making sure that it does not spill to the bottom.
  7. Divide the rest of the dough into small pieces with your hands and arrange on top of the filling. If desired, it is easier to rub it on a large grater and sprinkle the top of the pie with the resulting crumb.
  8. This cake is baked in the Baking program for 80 minutes.
  9. When the program is over, remove the bowl from the multicooker and put it on the board so that it cools down a bit. You can take out the cake when the edges begin to lag behind the form.
The top of the cake can be sprinkled for decoration with coconut or chocolate sprinkles, fresh berries or powder.

Pie with jam on kefir in a slow cooker

The filling of the kefir pie can be anything, but if the jam or jam is too sweet, then experienced chefs recommend slightly reducing the amount of sugar added to the dough.

  4. Grease the inside of the bowl with oil and pour the dough into it.
  5. Cook the cake for 65 minutes in the "Baking" program.
  6. If during this time it is not baked enough, the baking time can be increased by 10-20 minutes.
  7. You should not take out this cake too quickly, it is better to let it brew a little by taking out the bowl and putting it to cool.
If the top of the cake seems too light to you, you can decorate it with powder, multi-colored powder or fresh berries.

This pie will taste better if served with a fragrant herbal tea or with coffee brewed with a pinch of cinnamon. Children love to eat such pies, along with cocoa and cream.

To make jam pie in a slow cooker, you will need:

milk - 200 ml
dry yeast - 1 tbsp. l.
butter - 100 g
sugar - 100 g
eggs - 2 pcs.
vanillin - 1 sachet
salt
flour
jam

How to cook jam pie in a slow cooker:

1. First of all, let's deal with the test, taking into account the fact that he still needs to stand up. Dilute yeast in warm milk and add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and 4 tbsp. spoons of flour. We mix. Cover the dough with a napkin and put in a warm place for half an hour. If you can’t decide on a warm place, then just put the bowl in a pot of warm water.
2. Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar.
3. Melt the butter.
4. Pour the butter that we melted into the dough and beaten eggs. Stir and gradually add flour. You should get an elastic, soft dough.
5. Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for about an hour and a half. Ready dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times.
6. When the dough is ready, you can start making the pie.
7. Sprinkle the working part with flour and lay out the dough.
8. Roll out our dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Today I would like to talk about tasty pie from shortcrust pastry, open bulk cake stuffed with pear jam. My mother-in-law treated me to jam, it turns out to be incomparable, it looks very reminiscent of tomato paste and tastes very delicious.

I would like to tell you about my experiment, I baked this sand cake in a slow cooker. I would like to say right away that I am very pleased with the result.

In order to prepare an open bulk pie from shortcrust pastry with pear jam, you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • Margarine or butter - 200 grams,
  • Sugar - ½ cup,
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon,
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Baking powder for dough - 1 sachet,
  • Egg yolks - 2 pieces,
  • Pear jam - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • Pear fresh or in syrup.

Cooking process:

We need to knead two types of dough: one salty and the second sweet, they will all be ground into crumbs, so margarine should not be melted, but softened or chopped with a knife, you can also grate it on a coarse grater.

We divide all the ingredients, with the exception of salt, sugar, yolks and filling, into two parts and begin to knead the dough.

Mix the chopped margarine with sugar, then add the egg yolks, they are added only to the sweet dough. We mix everything. Then mix the sifted flour with baking powder and divide the flour into two equal parts. We add one part to the already mixed margarine with sugar, and do not knead the thick dough, but grind all the ingredients into crumbs. Add more flour as needed.

Now let's cook salty dough. To do this, mix the remaining 100 grams of margarine or butter margarine with salt and add flour, grind everything into crumbs.

Then generously grease the bowl of the multicooker butter and first pour out a layer of sweet crumbs, then comes a layer of salty crumbs.

After we spread the pears in syrup (or fresh pear slices),

and spread pear jam on top.

Close the lid of the multicooker and set the “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. Leave the steam valve in the open position.

I really liked the bulk pie in the slow cooker, especially the combination of puff and sweet, very unusual, but quite tasty.

In order to remove the shortcake from the multicooker bowl, I had to cut it into two parts, as I was afraid that when turning over, all the filling might fall out.
