And Asian dishes have become very popular long enough to become "Russified" to some extent. Now every housewife can cook something a la Thai or Vietnamese from products bought at a nearby supermarket. And most importantly, these are economical dishes - hearty, but at the same time with a small consumption of meat. And we never regretted pasta. Let's get started!

For the recipe, I still took a lot of meat, because we have a very meat-loving family, but you can cut the volume in half, the noodles will be no less tasty. And I take the interesting Soba buckwheat noodles, which are usually found on the shelves with Japanese food. You can get by with regular spaghetti. Sesame, of course, optional.

Ingredients

  • Noodles/spaghetti - by number of servings
  • Pork pulp - 350 g
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 large
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Olive oil - for marinade
  • Sunflower oil - for frying
  • Sesame - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Starch - 0.5 tsp
  • Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Chinese sauce - 2 tbsp.

Step by step cooking process at home

  1. We put all the spices-sauces on the table in order to quickly prepare the marinade. Pork is better to take frozen, so that it is more convenient to cut it.
  2. In a bowl with a lid, mix the garlic, passed through the garlic press, and all the ingredients for the marinade.
  3. You can take any set that you have at home and in the refrigerator. This combination is very delicate - not at all sweet in the end and not too spicy, just a nice balanced taste.

  4. Last add soy sauce and olive oil and mix. homogeneous mass.
  5. We cut the meat into thin sticks and immediately send it to the bowl with the marinade.
  6. In this form, the meat is marinated for at least an hour, but what is most convenient, you can leave it at least until tomorrow, and to cook ready meal it will take you literally 15 minutes.
  7. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan over high heat.
  8. This is optional, but all nuts and seeds like to brown a little. Note that you need to remove the pan from the heat before the sesame starts to brown, it will reach itself on the residual heat.

  9. We chop the pepper into strips. By the way, it can also be prepared in advance and kept up to an hour x in a closed container in the refrigerator.
  10. We put the noodles to boil in salted boiling water, and on the next burner we heat quite a bit of oil, literally enough to grease the entire surface of the pan.
  11. Fry the meat on maximum heat, turning it over with a spatula so that it browns on all sides. This will take a minute and a half or two.
  12. As soon as the meat has darkened, add pepper. Constantly turn everything over and stir so that the dish is fried, not stewed. Also literally 2 minutes.
  13. Do not forget about the noodles, and if it is ready without one minute, then we throw it into a colander, saving a cup of broth.
  14. If there is no liquid left in the pan and the meat is ready for testing, then you can mix it with noodles, adding a little broth, which will remove delicious soot from the bottom of the pan and turn into a thick glossy sauce.
  15. Serve such noodles in large bowls.
  16. And sprinkle with sesame seeds on top for taste, benefit and color. Delicious!
