To remove excess oil, place the fried potato strips on a paper towel for a few minutes.


Remove the membranes from the smoked squid and then cut the fillets into strips or cubes. Remember, if you do not cut off all the film from the squid, some of its pieces will be difficult to chew in the finished salad.


Place the smoked squid in a deep bowl. Korean carrots taste. Chop the fresh cucumber into strips and add to the rest of the ingredients. Use chopped red onion rings in this salad to taste. Green onion stems work great in this recipe.

For a mild taste, add grated hard cheese and boiled eggs to the salad.

Boil the eggs hard, cool in cold water, peel and grate. Remove the outer shell from the ham and shred it into thin strips, and grate the cheese. We chop the squid into strips, and the tomatoes into cubes. Now combine all the ingredients in a bowl, season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with spices and mix well. Serve the prepared salad with smoked squid and tomatoes to the table, garnished with herbs.

Ingredients:

  • fresh parsley – 20 g;
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.;

Preparation

Carefully drain all the liquid from the Korean carrots and place in a bowl. Then add squid, cut into thin strips. We wash the cucumbers, cut off the ends, chop them into cubes and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with mayonnaise, pepper to taste and mix.

Smoked squid salad with olives

Ingredients:

  • chicken egg – 4 pcs.;
  • pitted green olives – 100 g;
  • red onion – 1 pc.;
  • smoked squid – 200 g;
  • pickled cucumbers – 100 g;
  • lemon juice – 5 ml;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • spices;
  • fresh parsley - optional.

Preparation

Place the eggs in a saucepan, add water, add some salt and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. During this time, peel the onion, wash it and cut it into half rings. We take the olives out of the jar and chop them into rings. Cool the finished eggs, peel them and chop them together with the squid into small pieces.

Salad with smoked squid and crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks – 200 g;
  • chicken egg – 4 pcs.;
  • red caviar – 100 g;
  • smoked squid – 500 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • spices.

Preparation

We peel the boiled eggs, rinse them, grate them and put them in a bowl. Chop the pre-frozen crab sticks into thin strips. Chop the squid into strips and place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl with the eggs. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and place in portioned bowls, garnishing with red caviar on top.
