First of all, you will need to boil the chicken fillet. In my case, it was a completely cooked chicken. For the salad, I carefully separated the fillet from the bones and finely chopped it. You can use meat with chicken leg or even from the wings.

The chicken fillet itself is a little dry, so I recommend combining it in a bowl with mayonnaise. Stir the chicken and you can add spices, garlic or fresh herbs for added flavor. It turns out delicious if you add a handful of chopped nuts or finely chopped dates to the chicken.

On a preheated surface, fry the mushrooms until tender, adding a clove of garlic and a pinch of salt. A mixture of ground peppers will enrich the taste of the champignons.
